1. Portal Acceptance & User Eligibility

GRRRP is an official technical platform operated jointly under the aegis of the Indian Roads Congress (IRC) and CSIR-CRRI. Authorized users comprise academic faculty, research scholars, scientists, highway engineers, and participating institutional authorities.

2. Scientific Integrity & Authorship

Contributors submitting research under IRC Proformas A, B, C, or D represent and warrant that:

• The submitted research work is authentic, original, and adheres to high standards of scientific integrity.
• All co-investigators, sponsoring agencies, and academic supervisors have been accurately credited.
• The content is free from plagiarism and copyright infringements.

3. Editorial & Review Rights

IRC and CSIR-CRRI reserve the right to review, edit for formatting compliance, request technical clarifications, and decide on the final inclusion of submissions in the annual printed and digital compendium of the General Report on Road Research.

4. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized activity under an account must be reported immediately to the system administrators.

5. Modifications to Terms

IRC and CSIR-CRRI may revise these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in administrative procedures or statutory guidelines. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
