Academic & Technical Universities
IITs, NITs, Central/State Universities, Government and AICTE-approved Engineering Colleges; covers Deans (R&D), HoDs, and supervising faculty approvers.
National & State Highway Authorities
NHAI, NHIDCL, and State transport authorities executing highway infrastructure; covers Chief Engineers and Technical Directors.
State Public Works Departments (PWDs)
State Roads & Bridges wings, Quality Control Directorates, NRIDA / State RRDAs; covers Superintending Engineers and Nodal Officers.
CSIR Labs & Highway Research Centres
National research laboratories, CSIR institutions, and NABL testing bodies; covers Senior Scientists and Division Chiefs.
